If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase.  We’ll even pay the cost of the return*

In order to return an item, please call within 30 days of receipt to obtain a merchandise return authorization code. You will then have 30 days to return your item.  All instructions will be on the policy sheet that will come with your order.  It will also include your order number and return instructions.  In order to better serve our customers we will also ask the reason for the return.  Please check the appropriate box on the return form.  

Please note, if you are returning a special occasion dress, all original tags must still be attached, and it must be in original condition, unworn and free of perfume, stains, alterations lint or hair. If the item is returned in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange, and the purchase will be mailed back to you.

It usually takes 72 hours to inspect the merchandise and issue a refund or exchange.  You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
